LAMBERT KARATE DOJO

The institute of traditional karate

Welcome to the IOGKF Goulburn Lambert Karate Dojo - The Institute of Traditional Karate.

Our Dojo is the oldest Karate school in Goulburn and we practice Traditional Okinawan Goju-ryu Karate-do. Our head instructor, Sensei Lambert, has travelled all over the world teaching and training with the IOGKF at their events and has spent an extended period of time living in Okinawa, Japan - the birthplace of Karate - and is a student of World Master, Sensei Morio Higaonna, 10th Dan Black Belt. He is the only Karate instructor in the region to have studied this way under the Master...

We run seperate, Pee-wee, Boys, Girls and Adult classes and are open 5 days a week.
